Amazing service and just an awesome team. Extremely happy with the service provided by these guys. We were going to rent only the dehumidifier. But they came home assessed our situation and explained that the drying will be the most efficient with two fans that would circulate the air and help the dehumidifier in doing it's job well. They also used the thermal moisture meter to show us the extent of the wetness. They were great with follow ups and when we were ready to return the equipment early, they ensured that we were not hasty in returning the equipment. They came back and checked that every thing was good. Really happy we found them and that they helped us contain our basement flood situation promptly and in the best way possible! Thanks Alfred for patiently clarifying everything and being on time.
