Even though Toronto was awash with flooding, they managed to get me Drying equipment, delivered & set up, the very next day. They were prepared to let me pick it up at 11 pm - but I didn't have wheels. Very easy to work with. Would recommend. 5☆.

Great customer service in the face of a once in a lifetime flooding and overwhelmed the demand. Put the customer first, provide reassurance, will definitely rent again from them

We had a very positive experience with this company after dealing with a flooded basement. The dehumidifiers and air movers they provided were in excellent condition and worked very effectively to help dry the space. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They explained how to use the equipment properly and made everything straightforward during a stressful situation. The service was prompt and reliable, and the rental process was very smooth. We really appreciated their help and the quality of the equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drying or restoration equipment.

We are very pleased with the “Drying Equipment” rentals of commercial grade dehumidifiers and Heavy Duty Fans.
We are 1st time customers, our basement is flooded from the recent Severe storm on Sept 2, 2026.
They are customer oriented, equipments are effective and efficient (we tested our basement walls and floors dryness after 6 days of rental with a moisture detector) . Delivery and pickup services are prompt.
We are satisfied with their service and deposit are refunded within 2 days of returned equipments.
